These powers are only found on gear awarded through PvP activities, objectives, or within Warfronts. Because they don't interact with class abilities, most of them offer a pretty straightforward stat increase or direct damage. These powers can be found on Azerite armor from quests or dungeons in their respective zones. Stacking this effect does not extend its duration. Seething Power - Chaos Strike increases your Agility by for 12 sec.Thirsting Blades - Every 1.5 sec, increase the damage of Chaos Strike by and reduce its cost by 1 Fury.Three of these Havoc Demon Hunter specific powers will be present on each piece of Azerite gear, between the first and second ring.
